META Spațiu is organising on Thursday, October 10, at 18:00, a guided tour of the exhibition There's more to the problem, together with the artist Sorin Neamțu. This tour is a unique opportunity to discover the exhibition together with one of the participating artists, who will provide details and unique insights into the works and the creative processes behind them. The exhibition There's more to the problem, curated by Francesco Giaveri, investigates the complex relationship between text and image in contemporary art. This theme brings into question how written text, integrated into visual works, transcends its function of direct communication and becomes an aesthetic element that demands interpretation and deep contemplation. In a world dominated by fast and digital communication, the exhibition challenges the viewer to slow down and reflect on the perception and understanding of text and artwork. Among the artists participating in the exhibition are Stefano Calligaro, Anna Dot, Petra Feriancová, Norbert Filep, Camille Llobet, Cristina Garrido, Sorin Neamțu și Ian Waelder. Each of these artists approaches the theme of text from different perspectives, exploring narrative, perception, the limits of language and the ability of text to transform itself into an artistic object. During the guided tour, Sorin Neamțu will also talk about his own creative process behind his works. He will discuss how the text, integrated into his work, takes on new semantic and aesthetic dimensions. Free entry!
