Memories of a Forest

With Paula Tudor Cămîrzan, Denisa Popescu & Anamaria Pravicencu
Curated by Suzana Dan
Currently, at Indecis artist-run, we are hosting the traveling exhibition Memories of a Forest, which is the result of a personal artistic exploration of Romania's virgin forests. This multidisciplinary exhibition brings together the works of four artists – Paula Tudor Cămîrzan (painting), Denisa Popescu (ceramics), Anamaria Pravicencu (sound art), and Suzana Dan (curator) – who have explored and reimagined the forest through textures, shapes, and sounds. Visitors are invited to personally connect with the theme and draw their own tree, leaf, or moment in time. This exhibition not only delves into the beauty and diversity of forests but also provides a space for personal reflection and connection with nature.
